On April 13 and 14, 2024, Minh Global Development's core management team had an annual training session in Vung Tau. With the purpose of cultivating and improving the skills, attitudes, behavior and confidence of managers at all levels, the training session revolves around the main topics: (1) Management Objectives and Key Results (OKR ); (2) Some taboos in customer contact; (3) Manage structured work scope. Thereby, equipping is the foundation of knowledge and standard attitudes for management levels on the path to realizing specific goals.
