DESIGN
Our DESIGN starts from very beginning of "Client's Requirement" to Strategic Planning, FEED to Conceptual, Schematic, Development to Shop Drawing Design of all disciplines from Operational, Architectural, Structural, M.E.P, Interior, Exterior & Landscaping. This enables us to integrate best technologies and materials into creating a sustainable unique project which is best for implementation as well as operation and asset creation. The Creativity of the DESIGN is for the entire project operation & valuation.
MANAGEMENT
Our MANAGEMENT process and documentation (FIDIC and visualization based) helps us actively define the Client's targets and criteria then render a comprehensive delivery plan from DESIGN to IMPLEMENTATION and COMMISSIONING of the project. Risks are always therein anything, anywhere, anytime with anyone involved in any project. Those who know how to manage risks are those who can deliver successfully. Management is not just about the project but the Client's expectation and satisfaction.
CONSTRUCTION
We do a lean Construction practices. Our CONSTRUCTION works start very early from all necessary surveys (site, location, accessibility, geo, resources, etc...) to building a "lean construction process" which incorporate best suitable methodologies and arrangement to help to deliver not only better values to our customers but also environment, employees and all related partners. We understand the risks are in details and thus we continuously quest for the perfection in each and every steps we implement at site.
