- On September 5, 2022, Uc Phat Global Construction Joint Stock Company officially opened its head office at 146Bis Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The event marked a significant milestone in the operation and development process of Uc Phat Global.

- UC Phat Global is a joint venture company between Uc Phat company and Minh Global company, with the aim of resonating the strengths and resources of the two companies to develop investment activities and build the industrial real estate segment to serve the needs of customers' FDI enterprises invest in Vietnam.

- The opening ceremony was attended by leaders of Uc Phat company, Minh Global company, senior advisors of Uc Phat Global, and mid-managers.
