On the morning of October 3, 2022, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Binh Minh Logistics Project was successfully held at Binh Minh Industrial Park (My Hoa Commune, Binh Minh Town, Vinh Long Province).

      Attending the groundbreaking ceremony, on the side of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and local agencies, there was the attendance of Mr. Lu Quang Ngoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Pham Thanh Khon - Head of the Committee Management Board of Industrial Parks of Vinh Long province. The ceremony was also attended by the investor's leadership: Mr. Kent Yang – Chairman of SLP Vietnam, and Mr. Daniel Li - Director of SLP Project Management Office in Vietnam. And the participation from the leadership of the general contractor: Mr. Cheng Chia I - Chairman of Uc Phat Trading and Construction Co. Ltd, Mrs. Van Kim Yen - Director of Uc Phat Trading and Construction Co. Ltd, Mr. Le Phuoc Binh - General Director of Uc Phat Global. Along with that was the presence of more than invited guests from relevant units.

     Binh Minh Logistics project with land area of more than 53,000 m2, possesses a strategic location for inter-provincial logistics activities, especially between Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. After construction, the leasable area will reach more than 25.000 square meters, including the main warehouse, office block, and auxiliary technical blocks.       The project is deployed by the joint-venture of General Contractor Uc Phat and Minh Global (UPG). It is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023 with fully modern and safe equipment to meet the needs of storage, classification, and packaging of goods.
